Before you join us
A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need any experience with sound healing or toning?
Not at all. You don't need to know how to meditate,
tone, work with sound or understand anything about
energy or dimensions. You can simply come as you are.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. You don't need to know anyone before
you arrive. Part of these circles is creating the
kind of community where people can connect,
talk and find their people.
What should I wear?
Comfort wins. Wear something you can comfortably
sit, lie down and relax in. As this circle is outdoors,
dress for the weather and bring an extra layer
if you think you'll need one.
What should I bring?
Bring whatever will make you comfortable outdoors —
a camp chair or yoga mat, picnic blanket, cushion,
water bottle and anything else you'd like for the circle.
If you'd like to bring a plate of food to share afterwards,
we'd love that — but there's absolutely no obligation.
Do I have to participate in the toning?
No. Nothing here is about performance or getting
something "right." You're welcome to explore your
voice and vibration, or simply listen and experience
what is happening around you.
What happens after the circle?
We don't rush everyone off. There is time afterwards
for food, drinks, conversation, laughter and connection.
The community afterwards is part of the experience.
Where in Springwood is it held?
The circle is held outdoors in Springwood
in the Blue Mountains. Full arrival and location
details will be provided with your booking information.
Come curious. Come human.
You don't need to arrive as anything
other than exactly where you are.
