The Reset Circle is a monthly, in-person sound and hypnosis experience designed to help you reset your nervous system, release overwhelm and reconnect with yourself.

This is not therapy or coaching.

It’s a calm, grounded space to pause, breathe, and let your body settle especially if your mind has been doing too much.
